China said yes!

I have my Letter of Approval or LOA from China! It means that China agrees I should be Zheng Feng's mom, and I am allowed to rush through the final stages of paperwork to bring him home.

This was the last real variable in timing. It took me 70 days to get my LOA; some lucky families waited less than 60 while others have waited over 100 days, for no good reason that anyone ever knows. Timing from this point on is pretty predictable. If all goes as planned, we will likely leave by the end of October for China!
